If you would like to create hosting packages for your clients eg: 50 mb Space and 500 bandwidth, you would do this in your WHM. In the left menu of your WHM choose ‘Packages‘ ‘Add Packages‘ .

Enter your hosting package details:

When you are done, click ‘Create‘ .

Now Create Hosting Accounts using your Hosting Packages.

In your WHM choose ‘Account Functions‘ then ‘Create a New Account‘ :

Enter your clients domain and e-mail, choose your account package and click create:

Your new hosting client’s account will be created. When it’s done your client can log into their own cPanel as following:

75.126.185.162/cpanel (change IP to your server if necessary)
Login: is the username
Password: you provided

In order for Account Lab Plus to auto-create hosting accounts for you it must be connected to your WHM. To create the connection log into your Accounts Lab Plus admin and choose ‘Settings‘ and ‘Servers‘ :

Choose ‘Add New Server‘ and enter your details as the example below:

To obtain your server’s hash you must log into your WHM. This is how the program is able to connect to your WHM. In your cPanel log into your WHM:

In your WHM choose ‘Setup Remote Access Key‘ from your left menu. Highlight your remote access key and copy it to your computers clipboard as below:

Return to Account Lab Plus and paste in your Remote Access Key into the Server Hash field as below:

Fill out the remaining fields as above and click Add.

Click the Synchronize button to make the server connection as above. If you have made a connection the Current accounts field will change from 0 to 1+.

It is very important that you are using the lastest version of AccountLab Plus because many problems that you may be having with your software is fixed in the latest versions.

The newer versions will also include new features that you may want to take advantage of. Upgrading is now only done by setting up a auto-update cron. Please follow the following instructions:

In your cPanel choose \’Cron jobs\’:

Choose \’Standard\’ :

Set up your Auto-Upgrade Cron as following:

If there is no up-grade the cron will fail. You probably only need to run this cron every couple of weeks:

php /home/yourusername/public_html/accounts/auto-upgrade.php encode=zend
